Our dynamic two-week programme in Nairobi was more than just training — it was an immersive, hands-on experience designed to foster inclusive leadership, effective communication, and community trust-building. Using  the power of positive psychology, we helped senior investigators navigate difficult conversations and strengthen their leadership impact.
